New Parts Only Policy

KrytekLabs uses ONLY brand-new parts in all builds unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We do not use:

  • Used parts
  • Refurbished components
  • Mined-on hardware

This ensures:

  • Better reliability and performance
  • Full manufacturer warranty eligibility
  • Better long-term stability and peace of mind

Manufacturer Warranty Responsibility

KrytekLabs does not provide a warranty on parts or systems.

All warranties are provided by:

  • The manufacturer of the component
  • The retailer or supplier where the part was purchased

KrytekLabs is NOT responsible for:

  • Defective, dead, or failing parts
  • Manufacturer or supplier warranty denials or refusals
  • RMA processing or replacement timelines

We may assist customers with the RMA/return process as a courtesy, but we are not obligated to do so.

If a manufacturer or supplier refuses a warranty, replacement, or return, KrytekLabs cannot be held liable or responsible.

Dead On Arrival (DOA) or Defective Parts

If a new part is found to be defective or dead on arrival during the build process:

  • KrytekLabs will notify the customer immediately
  • The customer must handle the return or replacement through the seller or manufacturer
  • Any delays caused by returns or replacements are not the responsibility of KrytekLabs

We will work with you to identify issues quickly, but warranty claims and replacements must go through the proper channels with the manufacturer or retailer.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

KrytekLabs does not control or guarantee:

  • Return approvals from manufacturers or retailers
  • Replacement timelines or availability
  • Refund decisions or processing times

These are fully dependent on the seller or manufacturer's policies.

We will provide documentation and support where possible, but final decisions rest with the component supplier or manufacturer.

Customer-Supplied Parts

If the customer chooses to provide their own parts for a build:

KrytekLabs is NOT responsible for:

  • The condition, quality, or authenticity of customer-supplied parts
  • Reliability, compatibility, or lifespan of those components
  • Failures, defects, or performance issues with customer-supplied parts
  • Any warranty claims or returns on parts not purchased through KrytekLabs

We will install customer-supplied parts as requested, but cannot guarantee their performance or provide support if they fail or cause system issues.

Liability Limitation

KrytekLabs is not liable for:

  • Hardware failure due to manufacturing defects
  • Component defects or quality issues from manufacturers
  • Shipping damage from suppliers or carriers
  • Warranty denials or refusals by manufacturers or retailers
  • Data loss related to part failure or system issues
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our responsibility is limited to professional assembly and installation services. All hardware warranties and support are provided by the respective manufacturers and retailers.
