Build Quality & Delivery Condition

At KrytekLabs, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom PC builds. Every computer we build is:

  • Fully assembled by experienced technicians
  • Thoroughly tested for stability and performance
  • Verified to boot and function properly before delivery

All systems undergo basic stability checks to ensure they meet our quality standards. Once your custom PC is handed over or delivered to you, responsibility for the system transfers to you as the customer.

Courtesy Support Period (2 Weeks)

Every custom PC build from KrytekLabs includes up to 2 weeks of courtesy support after delivery. During this period, we're here to help with:

  • Setup guidance and initial configuration
  • Basic troubleshooting assistance
  • Software-related questions and issues
  • Performance or stability concerns

This support is provided as a best-effort courtesy service. Our team will work diligently to diagnose and resolve any issues you encounter. However, if an issue cannot be resolved, KrytekLabs cannot be held responsible, and you may need to seek a second opinion or consult another service provider.

Important:

This courtesy support period is not a warranty or guarantee. It is provided as a goodwill service to ensure your satisfaction with your new custom PC.

Build Quality & Delivery Condition

At KrytekLabs, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom PC builds. Every computer we build is:

  • Fully assembled by experienced technicians
  • Thoroughly tested for stability and performance
  • Verified to boot and function properly before delivery

No System Warranty / Parts Warranty

KrytekLabs does not provide a warranty on complete systems or individual parts, as it is not financially feasible for our business model. However, all parts used in your build are covered by:

  • Manufacturer warranties provided directly by the component manufacturer
  • Supplier/retailer return policies from our trusted vendors

Please understand that KrytekLabs:

  • Is not responsible for defective, broken, or dead-on-arrival parts
  • Is not responsible if a manufacturer or supplier refuses a warranty claim or return
  • May assist you with the warranty or RMA process as a courtesy, but is not obligated to do so
  • Cannot be held liable if a manufacturer or supplier does not honor their warranty or return policy

We recommend keeping all original packaging and documentation for warranty purposes. Most manufacturers require proof of purchase and original packaging for warranty claims.

Important: All warranty claims must be processed directly with the manufacturer or supplier. KrytekLabs can provide guidance but cannot guarantee warranty outcomes.

Data Transfer & Data Liability

If you request data transfer from an old system to your new custom PC build, please be aware of the following:

KrytekLabs can perform data transfer services, but:

  • We are not responsible or liable for lost, missing, or corrupted data during the transfer process
  • Data transfer is inherently risky and unpredictable
  • File corruption, compatibility issues, or hardware failures can occur
  • Some data may not transfer successfully due to software or format incompatibilities

Your responsibility:

  • You are responsible for backing up all important data before any transfer
  • We strongly recommend creating multiple backups of critical files
  • KrytekLabs does not assume responsibility for sensitive, confidential, or business-critical data

We will make every reasonable effort to transfer your data safely, but we cannot guarantee complete success or data integrity.

Critical Reminder: Always maintain your own backups. KrytekLabs cannot recover data that is lost or corrupted during transfer.

Customer-Supplied Parts & Old Parts

We understand that many customers want to reuse components from previous builds or bring their own parts. KrytekLabs welcomes this and allows customers to:

  • Reuse parts from an old system
  • Bring their own components (CPU, GPU, storage, etc.)
  • Upgrade existing systems with new parts

However, please understand that KrytekLabs:

  • Is not responsible if customer-supplied parts fail, break, or stop working
  • Is not responsible for the condition, age, or remaining lifespan of customer-provided components
  • Cannot guarantee compatibility or performance of used or customer-supplied parts
  • Will test customer-supplied parts to the best of our ability, but cannot predict future failures
  • Recommends purchasing new parts with manufacturer warranties for the best reliability

If you choose to use old or customer-supplied parts, you accept full responsibility for their performance and longevity. We will install them professionally, but we cannot warranty their functionality beyond our initial testing.

Assembly-Only Service

If you already own all the parts for your custom PC and simply need professional assembly, KrytekLabs offers an assembly-only service.

What's included:

  • Professional assembly of all customer-provided components
  • Cable management and organization
  • Initial system testing and boot verification
  • Basic BIOS configuration

Important considerations:

  • If any customer-provided new parts are defective or dead-on-arrival (DOA), KrytekLabs will inform you immediately
  • You are responsible for handling returns, exchanges, or warranty claims with your seller or manufacturer
  • KrytekLabs cannot be held responsible for defective parts you purchased elsewhere
  • We will assist with identifying issues, but cannot process returns on your behalf

Note: The assembly fee covers labor only. You are responsible for providing all necessary components and handling any defective parts with your suppliers.

Service Fee Explanation

Our service fee is designed to cover the professional expertise, time, and care that goes into building your custom PC. This fee is separate from the cost of parts and includes:

  • Professional Assembly: Expert installation of all components with proper cable management
  • Comprehensive Testing: Thorough testing to ensure stability and proper functionality
  • System Setup: Initial configuration, driver installation, and operating system setup
  • Performance Optimization: BIOS configuration and system tuning for optimal performance
  • Quality Assurance: Multiple rounds of testing to verify everything works correctly
  • Professional Labor: Skilled technician time and expertise

This fee ensures that your custom PC is built to the highest standards and ready to use right out of the box.

Professional Build Service Fee

Liability Limitation

Once your custom PC system is delivered to you, you assume full responsibility for the system and everything that happens to it.

KrytekLabs is not responsible for:

  • Physical damage: Drops, impacts, spills, or other physical harm to the system
  • Electrical damage: Power surges, improper voltage, or electrical issues
  • Accidental damage: Any unintentional damage caused after delivery
  • Misuse: Improper use, overclocking beyond safe limits, or operating outside normal parameters
  • Software issues: Viruses, malware, corrupted files, or software problems that occur after delivery
  • Third-party modifications: Changes, upgrades, or repairs performed by anyone other than KrytekLabs
  • Environmental damage: Exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, dust, or other environmental factors
  • Unauthorized repairs: Any attempts to repair or modify the system by unauthorized persons

We deliver your system in perfect working condition. After delivery, proper care and maintenance are your responsibility.

Critical Notice: KrytekLabs' responsibility ends at the point of delivery. You are fully responsible for the system's care, maintenance, and any issues that arise after delivery.
